  • Use of Ranzer solution for anesthesia and control of bleeding:

  • Almost every patient will receive a block, typically TAP or Pecs blocks

  • Close incisions with fascia closure, 2-0 vicryl for deep dermals, running quill for dermal layer and then for subcuticular layer

    • Cover with dermabond

    • Place compression garment
