Participation in gender affirmation surgery has become an increasingly important component of plastic surgical residency training. Surgeons of our division in conjunction with the UIC Dept. of Urology provide the full scope of gender affirmation surgical  procedures (facial, breast, body contouring, and genital). Our division has orchestrated a weekly multidisciplinary gender affirmation surgical clinic.
